the receptionists were helpful. they addressed my needs promptly. the managers seemed very cute. i appreciated the hotel providing entertainment (the theme nights were a highlight). the cleaning staff kept the rooms very tidy.
the wifi signal was weak. i experienced inconsistent connectivity. it made it difficult to rely on the internet in the room.

The animation team provided daily activities and shows. The main pool was large and well-kept. I swam there daily. I liked the short walk to the main town center. Staff ensured all needs were met.
The room had a musty odor upon arrival. The older furniture showed signs of wear, mainly in the bathroom. I think this requires more attention.

the staff was helpful and kind. the rooms include a flat screen tv plus a mini bar. the hotel location is central to the naama bay area facilities. i liked the private beach, it had great sand and clear water.
i found the coffee to be below average.

the room had three queen sized beds, this was cleaned every day, and the sheets were changed daily. the extractor fan was fixed quickly after reporting. the room was enormous, a great size for a solo traveler!

The staff were attentive. the reception area was clean and cute. i especially enjoyed the pool area. The lifeguards kept it well-kept. the kids club staff were wonderful. I observed them interacting with children and facilitating various engaging activities.
